RI Waterfront Renovation

Significant additions and renovations improve and update a residence on a site with a 180 degree view of Block Island Sound. The original house was elevated from its foundation, moved twenty feet inland, rotated approximately 15 degrees from its original orientation, and placed on a new foundation. The new location not only takes advantage of natural light and ocean views but complies with coastal feature regulations strictly enforced on waterfront homes.
