Lyme Country House

What began as a renovation and small addition to an existing riverfront house expanded to include extensive rebuilding and additional structure. A columned breezeway links the house to a new garage structure offering shelter from the weather and visual link to the river from the driveway and parking court. A new pool house was built in close collaboration with Anne Penniman Associates capitalizing on spectacular views of the river and dramatic infinity edge pool. The site was further enhanced with a detached maintenance barn and hill hiker to convey passengers to the river's edge.
